Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment. However, in order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • Clients must cancel their appointment at least 8 hours prior their scheduled start time.

  • If a client cancels their appointment between 4 and 8 hours prior to the scheduled start time, they will be charged 50% of the serviced fee.

  • If a client cancels their appointment less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time, they will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” is when a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice or communication with us. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. Our goal is to work with you to find a suitable alternative appointment time, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any concerns.
